Coconut Knowledge Center was recently invited by the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as key note speaker at a seminar entitled “Strengthening the Resilience of the Coconut Sector: Policy Innovation and Best Practices in Tissue Culture” held at Bogor, June 3, 2025.
This seminar aimed at strengthening national and international cross-sector collaboration on the development of Indonesia’s coconut industry, through the potential of tissue culture technology in supporting downstreaming and revitalization agenda of community coconut plantations. The seminar also served as a vital program of the mid-career diplomatic training (Sesdilu) attended by young diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and co-hosted by IPB University and Roemah Kelapa Indonesia.
