Richard Etherington 
Richard co-founded the Coconut Knowledge Center in 2014 and is currently responsible for global oversight of Kokonut Pacific Group as Managing Director.
Richard is a coconut sector value addition specialist with deep experience building socially impactful agri-verticals, from village level to supermarket shelf, and has led the expansion and diversification of the Kokonut Pacific Group diversified businesses, building markets in Europe, Asia, America and Australia while developing new coconut product suppliers from Philippines and Sri Lanka. Richard is a member of the Board of Trustees guiding development of the Coconut Technical Centre, Solomon Islands.

Richard is currently responsible for global oversight of Kokonut Pacific as Managing Director and Niulife brand commercial operations, including Organic Certification with the National Association of Sustainable Agriculture Australia (NASAA) and the marketing of virgin coconut oil internationally.
Richard has led the expansion and diversification of the Kokonut Pacific business, building markets through international trade fairs and conferences in Europe, Asia, America and Australia while developing new coconut product suppliers from Philippines and Sri Lanka. Leading international customer negotiations, building distributor networks, researching, designing, packaging and launching of coconut products and is on the Board of Trustees guiding development of the Coconut Technical Centre, Solomon Islands.
